Each training split has 1 max week at the end of it for a total of 3 separate max weeks for you to test your strength. You will focus on increasing strength on your bench, squat, and deadlift while building muscle mass at the same time!

I love this plan! I have some trouble following the diet part of the program but Other than that it’s great.

My friend and I split the program and have been at it for about 2 weeks now and we both love it. We had tried other programs before but nothing was as nice and as simple as this program. We definitely feel the workouts a lot more and have noticed a big change in the time we’ve done so far. I’ve gained about 4 lbs so far and look forward to keeping on with the program. This program is going beyond my expectations. I follow the routine to a T and have already seen and felt results . I have been raving to everyone I know that is into fitness about this program! I’m nearing the end of my 3rd week and the results are astonishing! I have lost 14lbs. of unnecessary fat. I have lifted more and more weight each week with no trouble increasing. Im pumped for my max week coming up in a little over a week! Thanks Bradley!

I bought the lean bulk program about 2 weeks ago and already notice an increase in strength! I love the way it burns but also feels like you are gonna bust through your shirt at the same time.
The shirt is long enough to go past my waist and down my backside, I got the extra large because I’m 6’2, 250 pounds. It fits perfect in the chest and stomach area, and it’s not super tight on the arms but tight enough to make it look like you are Swole.
I'm in my 3rd week of using this program and its been great so far. It pushes you enough for the results your looking for, But not to the point where your over working the body. Which for those who don't know is GREAT!

I love the workouts it’s been some of my best workouts and it busts my ass. It feels good to have a change. Only issue I have is my stomach I’m having so much trouble loosing my stomach and I’ve been eating right with my meals and supplements. Just want that unwanted fat to go away
