Love this program. I have finished 4 weeks and I have been getting a lot of compliments. I've never had a chest, and I'm excited to see what 16 weeks will look like. As well, I'm starting to develop some sick veins which I didn't expect, they only happen when I'm lifting but that's huge for me! Thanks Bradley for being such a huge help to my fitness journey.
Saw a huge improvement on y chest size, and strength. Did everything and more I expected 10/10 recommend.
I believe ive been doing the program for about 2 months now.I believe my chest does look bigger,and also my shoulders feel better than they ever have,years ago i injured both my shoulders twice and so ever since ive expirienced popping and clicking feelingsand noises and ive always had to be super careful bench pressing with a barbell,but the clicking has stopped,my shoulders pop still but i dont think thats always a bad thing,but i aint a doctor either.And the past 2 times ive weighed myself i have weighed 169 lbs which is up 9 lbs from where i was when i started.im really looking forward to lean bulk 2.0 because when i first started getting really serious about working out i started with the first lean bulk and i gained like 30 lbs within like 3-4 months.So yea,keep em coming.Im also really wanting an everyday is leg day routine because i feel like my legs are my Most lagging body part and it isnt because i dont work them out or nothing i actually enjoy leg day,i cant really figure out what the problem is there.And i think one of brads routines could turn that around,theyve worked everytime in the past so i dont see why they wouldnt work again.Anyways thanks for asking.
