Squad Membership Tools

This section contains various tools that break down information towards a more specific goal. I highly suggest that you take a look at the MACROS tool before reading any of the others, especially the meal plan tools. You will need a better understanding of macronutrients before you can understand all of the information in the meal plan tools.

As you progress through each tool, you should gain a better understanding of how to create your own custom meal plan and custom training plan that caters specifically towards your goals. You should take the information that you learn from the monthly workout plans, articles, and exercise library videos then apply that to the information contained in these tools. It may take some time before you feel confident in making your own custom meal and training plans and this is ok. With enough time and practice, you will feel confident and start making plans for yourself and friends. This is what, “Let’s get better together” is all about!
